• Payments are accepted via Honeybook and Zelle.
• Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

• Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to the final deliverables.
• Unheard Deisgn LLC retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5.2 Third-Party Content

• Any third-party materials (e.g., stock images, fonts) used in the project remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing terms.

6. Revisions and Approvals
